~ groups that train an hour a week & perform only at our Christmas Gala, Club Day & Northern Gala

Performing Teams
~ groups that train more than an hour a week & perform at Festival of Trees, Christmas Gala, Club Day, Northern Gala, Challenge Cup & Provincial Gymnaestrada... along with many other promotional events
~ auditions are required & minimum 2 years of experience is required
~ additional performance attire is required
~ equipment is provided by the club for weekly practices & performances
Rhythm CatZ
~ pre-competitive program
~ individual & groups train twice a week (once in a Performing or Fun For All group & once in the catz program)
~ auditions are required & a minimum 2 years of experience is required
~ additional performance attire is required
~ individual equipment is required
School Programming
~ we come into the schools & provide some rhythmic gymnastics instruction for phys ed programs
