Alixa Sutton, Flexibiltiy Expert


Alixa is coming!
 
 
“Alixa Sutton is a flexibility expert with over 12 years of experience working with all different types of athletes from all over the world, including artistic gymnasts, rhythmic gymnasts, dancers, cheerleaders, synchronized swimmers, trampolinists, contortionists, ice skaters, equestrians, circus artists, pole fitness, sports acro, aerobic fitness, mountain climbers, hockey, football, soccer players and divers. She works with all levels from basic beginners to top Olympic athletes.”

“Alixa is a former Rhythmic Gymnastics Trainer at national level and a Contortion Trainer for Circus. She developed her techniques for teaching flexibility after seeing so many gymnasts have to quit the sport from injuries due to improper stretching or lack of stretching. Alixa created her program with a unique blend of non invasive stretching techniques from studies of Russian and Chinese techniques, sports physical therapists, circus, Pilate's, sports doctors, flexibility studies, and working with thousands of athletes from various sports, and she is constantly creating new material!”

Hosted by Prairie Ribbons Rhythmic Gymnastics, Friday October 30th
Legends Centre, Warman

1 hour group sessions ($30.00) Maximum of 10 athletes
or
½ hour individual sessions ($50.00/athlete) for athlete & coach to work directly with Alixa. 

Maximum of 2 athletes per individual session, are available. 
 
Parents are encouraged to stay, watch & learn quietly.  No pictures/videos are allowed.  Conversation with others will not be allowed so that Alixa & athletes can focus & get the most out of the sessions.
